Kerri is a registered counsellor who has BA Counselling and formal qualifications and experience in human resources and career development. She maintains membership of the Australian Counselling Association meeting annual requirements for ethical standards, continual professional development and regular supervision as a counsellor. Kerri has many years of working with a diverse range of concerns presented by adults, children and adolescents. Furthermore, she has extensive years of working overseas and as such enjoys working with different cultural backgrounds. Kerri has volunteered and worked as an accredited telephone crisis supporter and community recovery officer.

Kerri believes in working in a safe and collaborative environment that supports individuals to identify desired goals and the blocks that hold people from living a life filled with courage, confidence and happiness. From managing daily stressors to major life transitions, Kerri focuses on meeting her clients where they are on their journey. She works alongside her clients by building on existing strengths, developing deeper connections with themselves and others that help them build a higher sense of self-awareness and empowerment.

She is a compassionate, warm and practical counsellor who applies an integrated therapeutic approach and draws elements from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Strength-based therapy, Grief and Loss Counselling, Role Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Art Therapy and Mindfulness.
