Keah Wheeler is an accomplished counsellor and a member of the Australian Counselling Association with extensive experience across a diverse range of settings. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, Keah provides a dedicated space for clients to develop personalised strategies tailored to their unique concerns. Her practice is built on the belief that every individual deserves a supportive environment to navigate life's complexities.
Keah’s approach to counselling is fundamentally relational, focusing on the growth and transformation that occur when clients experience curiosity, consistency, and care. By exploring underlying dynamics and attachment patterns, she helps clients gain insight into the root causes of their challenges. This insight-driven process allows clients to create the necessary conditions for meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.
Each session is carefully tailored to meet the client’s specific therapeutic needs through an attachment-informed lens, exploring how early relational patterns shape current emotional experiences. Keah utilises an integrated approach, drawing from a range of contemporary models, including Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Keah believes counselling can be a deeply rewarding experience and she enjoys helping clients achieve greater understanding, peace, connection, and happiness.
