Kate Chorley is an engaging, supportive counsellor with over 12 years’ experience. She also holds a professional membership with the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association. Kate has extensive experience in both private practice and a variety of community service settings. She specialises in working with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families.

Kate has an open and straightforward approach, yet is also highly sensitive and responsive to her clients’ needs. Kate offers insightful support along with practical tools and techniques to help her clients resolve their concerns and move forward with their lives. By deepening their self-awareness and understanding of their relationship to other people and the world around them, Kate’s clients exit counselling feeling confident in their ability to make choices that enhance their health, psychological wellbeing, and relationships.

Kate uses a range of therapeutic counselling techniques in her practice, tailoring sessions to meet the individual needs of her clients.
