Each session with Jo is specifically concentrated on the clients’ personal therapeutic needs to help reframe those interruptions in a satisfying and more positive way for clients. Jo uses an integrated, client-centered approach, drawing on many contemporary models of counselling, including Interpersonal Therapy, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Skills Training, Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology Intervention strategies for relaxation.
Jo believes counselling is a positive step that demonstrates strength towards improved health and happiness and encourages clients to achieve a satisfying experience.
