She specialises in counselling a range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

Jerty draws upon a number of therapeutic approaches and techniques to assist her clients in achieving positive outcomes. Counselling methods that Jerty uses include: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mediation, Behaviour Management Training, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Jerty also has substantial experience supporting clients recovering from trauma, including critical incident stress management counselling for individuals and groups.
