Jenny is trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches which enables her to tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs. Counselling techniques that Jenny uses include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy, Gottman Sound Relationship Theory, and Family and Couple System Therapy.
