Jennifer’s clients leave the first session with helpful tools to support them in moving forward, which are progressively built on in further sessions. Jennifer draws on evidence-based modalities in session such as; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Person Centred Therapy.
