Jason Lynch is a highly professional counsellor with many years of experience in the counselling field working with a wide range of clients including adolescence, individuals, and couples. Jason also holds membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

Through his commitment to helping people with their concerns, Jason believes each individual has their own strengths to achieve their goals and find their true self. By exploring their deeper issues and concerns, Jason’s clients are able to make fundamental changes to how they perceive themselves and life overall. Each counselling session results in a positive experience which can cultivate into a life changing experience. Jason is committed to helping his clients find their own unique voice and strategies to manage challenges and improve their wellbeing.

With each session, Jason outlines each client’s personal needs and goals, and uses a variety of counselling methods that are quite creative and unique as a whole. Jason not only uses the fundamentals of counselling such as Person Centred, Skilled Helper and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; he also combines other models such as: Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Ego States, Compassion Focus Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems. Jason believes that counselling should be very rewarding and enriching and should bring peace and ease to clients.
