Jan Graham, is an insightful counsellor, bringing 16 years of professional work and a lifetime of personal experience to her counselling practice. Jan is a member of the Australian Counselling Association. She has spent time as a youth worker while also maintaining her private practice. Jan has had specific experience with relationship counselling; however, her clients also include individuals ranging from adolescents through to adults. She is skilled and able to provide high quality counselling that is tailored to your individual needs.
Jan employs a range of contemporary therapies which are moulded to meet her client’s individual needs. This includes; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Genograms, Narrative Therapy and more. Furthermore when working with couples Jan uses Imago Therapy. She is also a skilled Private Subconscious-mind Therapist.

She practises a collaborative style of counselling and is skilled at creating the relaxed, secure, focused environment with her clients that is essential for therapeutic work. Coming from a creative background, Jan is adept at following threads, noticing signals and making connections. She is focused in supporting her clients through confusion and conflict to clarity and change. Jan has a deep continuous interest in people: their relationships, experiences, struggles, recurring patterns and conflicts.
