Jacquie Cliff is a skilled counsellor and relationship therapist who has been in practice for more than 10 years. Jacquie is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and the Australian Imago Relationship Association. Jacquie works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a broad array of concerns.
Jacquie believes success in counselling is partially attributed to the therapeutic relationship and therefore strives to meet her clients with empathy, openness, honesty and without judgement in wherever they are at in life and in themselves. Jacquie provides an environment where clients can feel heard and validated whilst exploring new, more authentic and empowering ways to experience themselves and be in the world.
As we grow, we bring our histories with us, often our historical ways of behaving and protecting no longer serve us in the present day and impact on the current situation, they can leave us feeling stuck and disempowered. Through drawing on her sound knowledge and experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Orientated Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, and many somatic therapies Jacquie is equipped and committed in helping her clients increase self-awareness, move past old stuck limiting patterns and reach their full potential.
