Isaac Baily is an accomplished clinical counsellor and supervisor with over 18 years’ of experience in the field. He works with individuals, couples, and people across diverse life stages. He holds Bachelor and Master qualifications majoring in counselling and has completed postgraduate study in Traumatic Stress. Isaac’s career includes senior clinical and strategic roles within national counselling services, where he has supported clients, practitioners, and organisations to create safer and more responsive environments.
Isaac is a warm, collaborative, and person‑centred practitioner. He partners with clients in an effort to explore the experiences they want to process and the patterns they feel ready to shift. By grounding each session in deep listening, respect, honesty, curiosity, and courage, he creates a space through which clients can develop insight, build confidence, and move toward meaningful change. His approach is practical and responsive, helping clients understand how their internal systems shape emotion, behaviour, and relationships. As a result, clients often discover new ways to navigate challenges, strengthen connection, and reclaim direction in their lives.
Each session with Isaac is tailored to meet the client’s personal therapeutic needs. He draws on a range of contemporary counselling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness‑Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Person‑Centred Therapy, Attachment‑Informed Therapy, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Functional Family Therapy. He believes counselling can be a rewarding and empowering experience, and he looks forward to supporting clients in creating greater understanding, calm, connection, and wellbeing.
