Greig Phillpot is an exceptionally skilled and insightful psychologist with 30 years’ professional experience. He regularly undertakes training and professional development, and has a substantial background working in private practice. Greig provides specialist therapeutic support to individual adults and couples.
Greig has a compassionate and supportive approach to counselling: he is strongly committed to providing a respectful, nonjudgmental space for clients to discuss and resolve their concerns. He works collaboratively with his clients, helping them to work through their challenges and identify practical pathways to positive change and growth. Greig is dedicated to supporting his clients with workable strategies and tools that facilitate significant and lasting change in their personal circumstances and relationships.
Greig tailors his sessions to each client’s needs and goals, using a range of different therapeutic interventions. These include Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. Greig also provides LGBTI-friendly counselling services for a broad range of concerns.
