Greig is a professional and respected psychologist with over 25 years’ experience working in private practice with adults, both individually and as couples. He is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society. Greig’s depth of experience enables him to work across a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, phobias, conflict, relationships, and anger management.
Greig has a non-judgemental and respectful manner when working with his clients and supports people from all different backgrounds. He firmly believes in a solid therapeutic alliance and works collaboratively with his clients to address their challenges through his vast experience and knowledge. Greig will approach each client’s concerns with respect and support; providing them with compassion and empowerment to understand and work through distress, in order to facilitate significant and lasting change.
Greig’s commitment is reflected in his tailored approach for each client, meeting each person’s needs and goals, using a range of different therapeutic interventions. These include Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
