Gabrielle is known for her warm, grounded presence and her remarkable ability to help people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She works collaboratively with clients, creating a highly respectful space in which they can explore difficulties, gain clarity, and develop healthier patterns of relating. In her work with couples, Gabrielle focuses on strengthening emotional connection, enhancing communication, and guiding partners through conflict towards renewed trust and intimacy. Her approach is therefore both compassionate and purposeful, offering insight, stability and hope.
Each session with Gabrielle is tailored to the unique needs of her clients. She draws on an integrated therapeutic approach, incorporating Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Somatic Therapy. Gabrielle believes that psychotherapy can be a deeply rewarding process – one through which clients cultivate resilience, connection, and lasting positive change in their lives and relationships.
