Emma Faulkner is a highly regarded and insightful counsellor who has worked in the field for many years supporting adults, parents, and families through life’s complexities. As a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, she brings a calm yet purposeful presence to her work, grounded in professional training and real-world understanding.
Emma believes each person has the ability to shift, grow, and create meaningful change — even when life feels heavy or off course. By working together to explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and pressures that shape your experiences, she helps clients build strategies that not only get them through tough times, but reconnect them with what matters most. This process can feel both challenging and deeply empowering — a way of stepping back into your life with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Every session with Emma is tailored to meet clients where they are. She draws on contemporary, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Emma brings warmth and honesty to her counselling, and offers a highly supportive space where clients can pause, reflect, and work through what’s holding them back.
