With a Masters in Counselling, Honours in Psychology and Bachelor in Psychology, Courtney offers authentic, compassionate, insightful and evidence-based support to young people, adults, couples and families.
She journeys with clients through a range of different challenges, across all areas of mental wellbeing. Courtney is able to work with people in a congruent, empathetic and person-centred manner to ensure the individual feels valued and safe.
Courtney has worked through with a variety of issues with clients including: premarital and marital relationships, divorce, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, gambling, grief and loss and a variety of other life transitional issues. Courtney is able to engage, empower and educate clients within a therapeutic framework to assist, support and develop individual’s sense of identity, overcome challenges and develop personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.
