Christine Moorehouse is a highly accomplished and regarded senior clinical psychologist who has been in practice for 40 years. Christine is a member of The Australian Psychological Society and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Christine enjoys working with adults, couples, and adolescents and has expertise working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and anger management amongst others.
Christine has experience across multiple practice settings and organisations. This width of experience means Christine can help a client grow their self-understanding and reflect on their life. She helps clients understand patterns of behaviours and choices that are not working for them and expand ranges of strategies they possess to enhance happiness and fulfilment.
As each client is unique, Christine will draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment theory, Mindfulness Approaches, Family Therapy and Psychoeducation.
