Charles Webster is a professional and experienced counsellor with 16 years’ experience. He is a member of the AASW and the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. Charles has a substantial background working in the community health sector and private practice. He has taught trainee counsellors and supervised others in the field. Charles provides specialist counselling services to adult clients either individually or as couples.
Charles is an empathic professional, who is passionate about supporting his clients. His professional goal is to ensure his clients can create meaningful and positive change in their lives. Charles provides a supportive environment where his clients can freely discuss and resolve their challenges. Clients are supported to develop insight and skills that lead to fuller and more authentic lives, allowing them to engage in more meaningful relationships with others. Charles is focused on supporting his clients to learn new skills to thrive by meeting their own personal goals.
Charles offers his clients a tailored and specialised approach to support their unique needs. Based on their own goals, culture and life experience, clients are supported to decide what is the best focus for their sessions. Charles draws from a broad range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Relational Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-based Therapies and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
