Caroline is an experienced counsellor with a collaborative and dynamic style, supporting clients to explore their concerns and find a way forward. Caroline is a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and specialises in providing one-on-one counselling to young adults, adults, and seniors.
Sometimes we can get stuck in relational or behavioural patterns which cause immense pain and stand in the way of living a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Caroline believes that counselling is a unique opportunity to explore and break down these patterns, paving the way for living a life that feels true to your values. Caroline is passionate about providing an individualised counselling experience which respects each client’s unique circumstances and perspectives. She draws upon a wide range of skills and therapeutic modalities to offer treatments which suits each client’s needs, and engages clients with a collaborative style which empowers them to feel in control of their mental health care.
Caroline’s work is fundamentally guided by an existential-humanistic ethos which emphasises collaborative exploration and meaning-making. She uses a broad range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-centred Therapy, Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
