We all come well equipped with everything we need to live a life aligned to our own personal values that is challenging, rewarding and fulfilling. Counselling is an exercise in trust and understanding, a shared belief that change is possible”.
Bradley firmly believes that anyone seeking support or assistance to help them change and grow should be able to receive what works for them, for as long as they need it, without judgement or the burden of a label, shame or social stigma.
Bradley’s specialty is working with clients to tailor proven methods to their particular circumstances. This ensures counselling is right for you and that you achieve your counselling goals. Bradley utilises numerous evidence-based approaches and techniques including; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Recovery-Oriented Therapy.
