Brad is an accomplished counsellor with 10 years’ experience. He is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and supervises other counsellors and leaders in organisations. Brad has worked in a range of diverse settings with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Brad is passionate about helping his clients explore and develop effective strategies to address their concerns. He envisages counselling as an opportunity to adapt and grow. By exploring an area of concern and seeking insight into the underlying issues and impacts, Brad’s clients create the conditions that make change possible. In this way, each counselling session can develop into a positive and uplifting experience. Brad is committed to helping his clients adapt to life’s challenges, with a focus on health and wellbeing.
Each session with Brad is tailored to meet the clients’ personal therapeutic needs. Brad uses a client-centred approach, drawing on many contemporary models of counselling into his practice, including: Gottman Couples therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy. Brad believes counselling can be an empowering experience and he looks forward to helping clients’ to adapt, grow and then thrive in life.
