Belinda Wilde is an energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and mature professional counsellor with a wealth of life experience. Graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor Degree in Psychological Science and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is a registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and supports clients from young people to adults and couples.
Belinda’s experience, training and warm empathic nature enables her to offer effective, confidential, individualised counselling and support for a number of mental health concerns. She provides a comfortable and professional space in which clients can feel safe, heard, supported, valued and cared for. Belinda’s particular passion is working with people to assist them in recognising and building their own strengths, resilience, capabilities and resources in order to support growth, development, independence and autonomy.
Her focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. Achieving this by providing a warm, non-judgemental safe space, listening to your concerns, and working with you to achieve your goals. Belinda draws on many therapeutic modalities, including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Expressive Therapies and Trauma Informed Therapy. Belinda will integrate therapies into a personalized, person-centred treatment plan, tailored to your own unique situation and preferences.
