Archana’s therapeutic toolkit includes a variety of approaches, such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Somatic approaches, Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
