Alison Lovett is a highly professional and accomplished Counsellor with 16 years of experience in the field. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and has worked in a range of diverse settings supporting clients of all ages including couples and families.

Alison is passionate about helping her clients find new ways to manage life’s challenges, with a focus on positive emotions, positive relationships, and positive experiences.
Each session with Alison is tailored to meet the clients’ personal therapeutic needs. Alison uses a client-centred approach drawing on many contemporary models of counselling into her practice, including Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
