Adrian Moulos is a highly regarded professional counsellor with many years of experience in the field. Adrian is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and has worked across a range of diverse settings supporting clients with a wide range of presenting concerns.
Adrian is approachable, insightful, and passionate about tapping into our potential for healing and growth. He is committed to supporting individuals and couples to develop healthy relationships, build greater self-awareness, and increase emotional resilience. Through focus on the here-and-now, Adrian’s clients gain deeper understanding of how they experience the present moment, patterns of relating that have led them to feel stuck, and the constellation of factors that contribute to their current sense of wellbeing. His collaborative, experiential approach invites play, self-reflection, and expression, through which clients develop genuine self-compassion and a greater sense of personal agency. Adrian’s clients consistently value his authentic presence, and after working together, report feeling resourced and confident.
As a gestalt therapist, being able to meet the client where they are is a priority so clients can expect a responsive experience that acknowledges their individual situation and strengths. Adrian uses a holistic, client-centred approach, drawing on many contemporary models of counselling into his practice. These modalities include Attachment psychology, trauma-informed therapy, relational neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, somatic therapy and Internal Family Systems. Adrian’s fundamental belief is that healing is something we do together.
